Consultative Sales Certification
training_thumb The Consultative Sales Certification class is conducted classroom style. This free class is offered quarterly by our sales team. The number of attendees is limited so be sure to register early. Registration for the Consultative Sales Certification class can be accessed at the bottom of this page.

In order to receive the DocuClass complete sales system and attend the class, an on-line class registration form must be completed and a prep-webinar attended. Upon registration for the Consultative Sales Certification class, you will recieve the dates of the prep-webinar. With the attendance of this prep-webinar you will receive the DocuClass software.

This Sales class includes role playing sessions, industry and application specific Document Management selling, consultative selling, product functionality, sales tools, and demo skills development sessions.

Those who attend the Consultative Sales Certification class and become certified and will be able to:

  • Receive a DocuClass complete sales system – a standalone system (for local host only) which includes the DocuClass full system plus our built-in demo database
  • Introduce DocuClass to potential customers using presentations, demos, etc.
  • Understand customer needs and propose DocuClass solutions using persuasive arguments
  • Write quotes and proposals
  • Evaluate scenarios where DocuClass could be used
  • Configure and customize demos
  • Demonstrate the use of advanced DocuClass modules: Full Access Client with remote users, WEB, Audit Agent, Security features and AD authentication, Workflow, Fax Import, API integration, etc.
  • Calculate ROI for customers
  • Answer BIDs
