blowing_page The DocuClass License Manager optimizes the use of licensed DocuClass components by managing the concurrent licenses.

The DocuClass License Manager enables the administrator to:
  • Import the encrypted license file with all the ordered licenses into the system at any time, from any location
  • View the details of the licensed components
  • View statistical information regarding license usage
  • Manage the concurrent users
  • Request additional licenses or licensing extensions
Using this component, the system administrator can:
  • Set the time that workstations can be inactive before making the unused licenses available to other workstations
  • “Kill” sessions: the last access time for each session is refreshed every time a module communicates with the database
  • Update the licensing schema with the reseller by phone, internet or e-mail
  • Ask for authorized license extensions for specific needs
